This Privacy Policy explains how Eknoor Singh, operating Omaurays, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and dashboard. It applies to visitors, registered customers, and anyone who contacts us for support.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored securely, hashed by our authentication provider).
• Content you submit: product images and captions you upload for AI generation.
• Billing information: your chosen plan, subscription status, and transaction references. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are collected and processed directly by Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
• Usage data: which features you use, your monthly video/photo quota usage, and basic device/browser information (via standard web request logs).

• To create and manage your account and deliver the videos/photos you request.
• To process subscription payments and renewals via Razorpay.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To enforce plan limits (e.g. monthly video/photo quotas) and prevent abuse.
• To improve the service, including troubleshooting and analytics on an aggregated basis.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate Omaurays, namely:

• Razorpay — to process subscription payments.
• Supabase — to host our database and authenticate your account.
• Our automation provider (n8n) — to process and deliver generated content.
• Vercel — to host our website and application infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Omaurays or others.

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase and Vercel, which may process and store data outside India. We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain appropriate security safeguards.

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information in your account settings.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent to non-essential communications at any time.

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated API access, and row-level access controls on our database, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website uses only the essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Omaurays is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
