Shipping Policy

Omaurays is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All output — AI-generated product videos and photos — is delivered digitally. This policy explains how that digital delivery works.

• All plans: generated videos and photos are delivered to your Omaurays website dashboard, where you can view and download them.

Once you submit a product image and description, our AI pipeline typically generates and delivers your video or photo within a few hours, depending on current processing volume. There is no physical transit time since nothing is shipped.

If content does not appear in your dashboard within a reasonable time, or appears incomplete or corrupted, please contact our support team at aiknoor1234@gmail.com and we will investigate and regenerate the item at no additional cost if the fault was on our end.
