Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Omaurays (“Omaurays”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a software-as-a-service product operated by Eknoor Singh, that generates AI product videos and photos for businesses such as jewellers, delivered via our website dashboard.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Omaurays.

Omaurays is a subscription-based digital service. You submit product images and a short description; our AI pipeline generates a cinematic video or catalogue-style photo, which is delivered to your account dashboard. Omaurays does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally authorized to represent the business on whose behalf you use Omaurays.

Omaurays offers monthly subscription plans (currently Starter, Growth, and Pro) at the pricing shown on our website, billed automatically each month via our payment partner, Razorpay, until cancelled. Each plan includes a fixed monthly quota of AI-generated videos and photos; unused quota does not roll over and resets on renewal.

New accounts start on a limited free trial (currently one AI video and two AI photos) with no payment required. No charge is made until you actively subscribe to a paid plan.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes. We may change our pricing or plans from time to time; changes will not affect a billing cycle already paid for.

Your monthly quota of videos/photos and, where applicable, automatic social posting, are determined by your active plan tier and are enforced automatically. Attempting to circumvent these limits (for example, by creating multiple accounts) is a breach of these Terms.

• You retain ownership of the product images and captions you upload.
• You own the AI-generated videos and photos produced from your submissions and may use them for your business, including marketing and social media.
• You represent that you have the right to upload the images and content you submit, and that they do not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated output samples for our own marketing (e.g. a demo showcase) unless you ask us not to by writing to us.

You agree not to use Omaurays to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

Omaurays relies on third-party providers to operate the service, including Razorpay (payments), and Supabase (data hosting). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output may occasionally contain errors or artifacts; please review generated content before publishing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omaurays and Eknoor Singh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time (see our Cancellation and Refunds Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
